CSA Farms operates under the experienced leadership of Andrew Greenwell, alongside farm managers James Reeves and Archie Hamilton-Russell overseeing all aspects of the business. They all studied Agriculture and Business Management at Newcastle University and are BASIS and FACTS qualified. Together, they are supported by a BASIS qualified sprayer operator as well as a long-standing, dedicated team of 15 full-time operators and mechanics who maintain year-round operations. The team are joined by 10 seasonal workers during the busy summer months to support the peak growing and harvesting. Administration, including accounts, payroll, health & safety, and compliance are overseen by Davina Greenwell and Rebecca Greenwell.
